SPP ( SBPP) Spunbonded Polypropylene

It is made from 100% virgin spunbond polypropylene, formed by bonding fibers together to form a single layer of breathable, woven-like material, and is ideal as an undergarment (bouffant caps, shoe covers). This non-woven, lightweight, breathable fabric provides a low-cost solution for protection against dry particulates and light fluid.

SpunBonded PP is the most economical solution for general applications.
Industrial Applications:
1.Ideal for light spray painting applications and sundries.
2.Non-hazardous particulate protection.

PE Coated Polypropylene

Created when soft, spunbond polypropylene is coated with a layer of impervious polyethylene. This lightweight material is ideal for any situation demanding a high level of fluid protection. Provides economical protection to workers exposed to splashes from certain chemicals, blood, and particulates.

SMS (SMMS) Spunbonded-Meltblown-Spunbonded

It is a multi-ply material consisting of layers of meltblown polypropylene between layers of spunbond polypropylene. Strong, fluid-resistant and breathable, this multi-layer material provides an optimal mix of protection and comfort. Appropriate for extended wear situations involving low to moderate fluid contact. Specialized function :
1. Anti-static SMS fabric (in compliance to EN1149)
2. Medical Repellence(anti-alcohol, anti-blood,anti-oil)
3. Anti-mildew and anti-bacterial
4. Extrasoft
5. Hydrophilic.

1st layer:SpunBonder PP abrasion & tear resistant.
2nd layer:MeltBlown PP water-proof barries protection against non-hazardous particulates.
3rd layer:SpunBonded PP comfortable,hypo-allergenic fabric for ease fo wear. Quick moisture transmission to keep the user dry and cool .

 

Microporous film laminated with PP

Microporous film bonded to nonwoven material provides fluid proof protection and great breathability. This material is ideal for extended wear conditions where fluid contact is expected.

Microporous+PP is a general purpose protective material that can be used in any non-hazardous applications to protect against dirt,light liquid splashes,and particles.
Industrial Applications:

2.used in the agricultural industry and ideal for light duty applications.

Microporous Film:

Spunlace

Spunlace Non-woven is an environmental friendly fabric. Without additional chemical, Spunlace Non-woven is done by high pressure water entanglement to form all the web.

C. Easy to sew or wash.

 

PE — Polyethylene

Single layer of polyethylene film that provides tremendous barrier properties. This material is ideal for situations when high fluids are anticipated.
LDPE — is the low density version of PE. It has an excellent resistance to water, moisture and most organic solvents and chemicals (except ones with aromatic or chlorine content). This has less hardness, stiffness and strength compared to HDPE, but a better ductility.
HDPE — is the high density version of PE . It is highly resistant to many acids, alcalis and solvents. high density polyethylene, It is harder, stronger and a little heavier than LDPE, but less ductile.
CPE — Cast polyethylene . The product possesses good weatherproof, oil-proof, aging-resistant, chemical-resistant, ozone-resistant and fire-resistant properties.
